Clear terms for using Wriddhi.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

This website is operated under the Wriddhi brand by Intelinfomatrix Technologies LLP. You must use the website lawfully and, where a service requires contractual capacity, be legally competent to enter into the relevant arrangement.

Website access does not by itself create a client, advisory, fiduciary, agency or professional relationship. A service relationship begins only through the applicable documentation, registration, provider process or separately confirmed engagement.

2. Website purpose

The website provides general financial education, information about Wriddhi’s disclosed roles, service pathways, contact facilities and links to third-party or regulatory resources. Content is intended to support understanding and better questions.

Information is not tailored to every visitor’s financial position, objectives, risk capacity, tax circumstances or legal needs. Read the Disclaimer before relying on any content.

3. Service roles and separate arrangements

Different products and services may be provided, distributed, facilitated or supported in different capacities. The applicable registration, licence, association, provider and scope will be disclosed where relevant.

• Mutual fund services are provided in the capacity of an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor.
• Securities account access and related support are provided within the applicable Authorised Person association with the registered stockbroker.
• Insurance products are facilitated through applicable authorised arrangements and the issuing insurer remains responsible for underwriting, policy issuance and claims decisions.
• Banking, deposits, tax, legal, estate-planning and other specialist matters may require a separate provider or qualified professional.

Provider forms, product documents, account agreements, policies and service-specific terms prevail over general website content where they apply.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Read product, scheme, policy, account and provider documents before acting.
• Make independent decisions after considering relevant risks, costs, eligibility and professional advice where appropriate.
• Protect passwords, PINs, OTPs and device access.
• Use only verified payment and communication channels.

Wriddhi names, logos, visual identity, original text, illustrations, layouts and website materials are owned by or licensed to Intelinfomatrix Technologies LLP unless otherwise stated. You may view and print limited extracts for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Accuracy, changes and availability

WFP360° is described as a planned platform. Its features, launch timing, eligibility and availability are not commitments until formally announced.
