No. The regulated stockbroker is Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Pvt. Ltd. Wriddhi provides support through Intelinfomatrix Technologies LLP's disclosed Authorised Person relationship.

Who executes a trade?

The stockbroker executes orders authorised through the applicable account and platform process. Wriddhi does not promise or assure any trading outcome.

Should I share my password or OTP for support?

No. Never share trading passwords, PINs or OTPs with anyone, including representatives assisting with service questions.

Will account opening always be approved?

No. Account opening is subject to KYC, verification, eligibility and the stockbroker's policies and regulatory requirements.

Where will I receive transaction records?

The stockbroker and relevant market infrastructure institutions provide contract notes, alerts, statements and other records through registered communication channels.

How can I check brokerage and other charges?

Review the stockbroker's current tariff sheet, account documents, contract notes and applicable exchange or statutory charges before placing transactions.

Does opening an account automatically enable derivatives?

No. Segment activation is subject to eligibility, required income information, risk disclosures, verification and the stockbroker's applicable process.

What records should I keep when raising a complaint?

Retain account documents, emails, complaint references, order details, contract notes, statements, screenshots and any response received from the service provider.

What is a Smart Advisory Portfolio?

SAP is described in current m.Stock partner material as a platform offering through which investors may review theme-based portfolios created by separately identified research or advisory providers. Current platform disclosures and terms govern every offering.

Does Wriddhi manage or recommend SAP portfolios?

No. Wriddhi may provide access coordination within its AP role, but it does not construct or manage the portfolios and does not reproduce provider strategy or performance material on this website.
