Understand the role. Understand the risk.
This disclaimer explains how website information should be used and the distinct capacities in which Wriddhi supports financial products and services.
Website content is general educational and service information. It should not be treated as a personalised recommendation, guarantee, legal opinion, tax opinion or substitute for product documents and an assessment of your individual circumstances.
1. General educational content
Articles, illustrations, examples, calculators, checklists, life-stage discussions and service descriptions are intended to improve financial awareness. They do not consider every visitor’s objectives, income, liabilities, risk capacity, tax position, family circumstances or eligibility.

3. Mutual fund risk
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully.
Net asset values may rise or fall. Different schemes carry different market, credit, interest-rate, liquidity, concentration and other risks. Past performance, ratings, categories or historical returns do not guarantee future results. Investors should review the Scheme Information Document, Key Information Memorandum, riskometer, costs, exit loads and tax implications.
Mutual fund distribution may involve commission or other permitted remuneration from product providers. Scheme-specific disclosures should be reviewed before completing a transaction.
4. Securities-market risk
Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.
Prices can fluctuate substantially and investors may lose part or all of the amount invested. Equity, debt, exchange-traded products and derivatives involve different levels and types of risk. Derivatives may involve leverage, rapid losses, margin obligations and settlement risk and may not be appropriate for every investor.
Trading and demat accounts, order execution, margin, statements, contract notes, funds and securities are administered by the registered stockbroker, exchange, clearing corporation, depository or other responsible market institution under the applicable process.
5. Insurance information
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Read the sales brochure, benefit illustration, policy wording, exclusions, waiting periods, limits, costs and claim conditions carefully.
Premiums, eligibility, acceptance and coverage depend on the insurer’s underwriting and current product terms. No website statement can alter a policy contract or assure policy issuance or claim acceptance.
6. Deposits, tax, legal and other matters
Interest rates, deposit insurance, government-scheme rules, eligibility, tax treatment and provider terms can change. Verify current information with the issuing institution or official source.
References to tax planning, documentation, nominations, estate matters or family continuity are educational and coordinative. Legal, tax, accounting, actuarial or estate-planning conclusions should be obtained from appropriately qualified professionals.
7. No assurance or forecast
No return, income, tax saving, product performance, claim result, service outcome or future value is assured or guaranteed unless expressly stated in a current legally binding product document by the responsible issuer and permitted by law.
Examples and projections are illustrative only. Inflation, taxation, costs, market movements, personal behaviour, regulation and life events can produce materially different outcomes.
8. Third-party information and external links
Third-party names, links, data and resources are provided for context or convenience. Wriddhi does not control third-party websites or guarantee their completeness, security or continued availability. Verify information directly with the responsible provider or regulator.
Product strategy, model-portfolio, research or factsheet material is not published merely because it is available to Wriddhi. Publication or distribution is subject to permission, validity and authorised scope.
9. Website availability and errors
Reasonable efforts are made to keep content clear and current, but errors, omissions or delays may occur. Content may be changed or removed without notice. Visitors should report a material error to support@wriddhi.in and verify time-sensitive information before acting.
